We set the window deliberately. Daily wellness support builds gradually rather than overnight, and a two-week window would push you into judging the product before you had a fair chance to. Two full months is long enough to build the habit, take proper notes and decide calmly.

How to request a refund

Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and your purchase date.
Our team will reply with return instructions, including the correct return address and any authorisation reference. Please wait for that reply before sending anything back.
